This excellent animation began life as Grim & Evil, with the Evil section featuring the exploits of Hector Con Carne and General Skarr. But after 13 episodes, the creators realised that Grim, Billy and Mandy were the main attraction and based the show entirely on them. It was definitely the right choice: the combination of<br>put-upon Grim, sullen Mandy and daft Billy makes for some seriously silly scenarios. Harry Potter fans should watch out for the episode Nigel Planter and the Chamber Pot of Secrets, which finds our trio confronting Lord Moldybutt at a school for wizards. And keep an eye open for Yogi Bear and Boo-Boo, who make a hilariously unexpected appearance when Billy goes on a picnic in Here There Be the Dwarves.
